Die Attraktion wurde 1996 unter dem Namen The Neverending Story eröffnet, als der Park noch Warner Bros. Movie World Germany hieß. Im Jahr 2004 wurde die Attraktion in Mystery River umbenannt und war bis 2017 in Betrieb. 2018 wird aus dieser Fahrt : EXCALIBUR The Dark Forest.

The attraction was opened in 1996 under the name: The Neverending Story when the park was still called Warner Bros. Movie World Germany. In 2004, the attraction was renamed Mystery River and was in operation until 2017. 2018 will be out of this ride: EXCALIBUR The Dark Forest.
