In this video, we will demonstrate the process of resolving issues with the CAS CL5000 bench-style label printing scale. The customer's scale had trouble scanning barcodes, showed incorrect weight, and had a damaged roller. We resolved the issues by replacing the printer head, calibrating the scale, and installing a new roller.

We discovered that scratches on the printer head prevented heat dissipation, resulting in label printing issues. Additionally, please be cautious when removing labels; using sharp tools (knives, tweezers) can damage the roller. If labels get stuck, it's safest to turn off the machine and remove them by hand without using tools near the printer head.
