This is from the same evening as my last video on RWM Moscow. Conditions are very well. The pips are heard on 10 Mhz without SSB. In fact, they seem to come in louder than WWV itself which is unusual. In addition, 25 Mhz is coming in great as well. I don't receive it as often either.
