Jewelry Making Tips - Joining and Split Ring Shanks

I had a request from a viewer to share my tips for making rings. From creating the perfect solder joint to making split ring shanks, so this video is for JaNetNMelissaWise! Thank you for the excellent suggestion.

In this video I show how I get my solder joints aligned and closed just right to have the least amount of cleanup after soldering. I also share a couple of soldering tips and then I explain how I make a split shank ring out of a full ring to get the perfect alignment.
