Fluke 17B+ thorough review

In this video, we'll have a look at this Fluke 17B+. People from my main Czech channel have been asking me for Brymen multimeters, Fluke multimeters, and UNI-T clamp meters for such a long time, that I had to buy one of them. The only affordable fully featured Fluke was this 17B+. Most reviews on this one I have seen were empty, or heavily biased, and focused on just the brand, not the instrument. Thinking this is the sweet spot in market, I bought the 17B+, and when it arrived, problems began appearing. Useless probes, no TrueRMS, silent buzzer, slow speed, faulty HV indication, dim backlight, there is more.

Little correction: R20 is not 1M but 1K +-10% fusible resistor, as I was notified by user "mqsaharan".
