In August, the Minato Mirai area of Yokohama, Japan is invaded by the adorable Pokemon character, Pikachu. There are stage shows, events, stamp rallies, special Pikachu goods and souvenirs and a high-spirited parade to commemorate the week-long festival. I think the festival's popularity has skyrocketed after the release of Pokemon Go. The rain and the crowds didn't prevent me from having an enjoyable time, but I was a little height-challenged when trying to film the parade. Please enjoy sharing some of the Pikachu parade moments I tried to capture via selfie-stick and create using You Tube editor for the first time. Thank you so much for watching!
