Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim claims to have the numbers to form a government. Speaking at a press conference at Grand Dorsett Hotel in Selangor at 3.30am on Sunday (Nov 20), he said: "I'm announcing the fact that we have obtained the majority."

Similarly, former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin has also claimed that his Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition will try to form the government - with parties from Sabah and Sarawak.
