Hammock Camping 101 | How I pack my backpack when hammock camping?

This video describes how I pack my backpack when I go hammock camping. I quickly realized that I needed a method for how I pack my backpack to make things a bit easier and more convenient when I got to camp and setting up my hammock. I got tired of digging around my backpack and trying to find the next piece of gear and spreading all my other gear on the ground while searching. I wanted a better method for packing my gear that will help me when I get to camp.

This video shows the type of gear I will take on a typical 3-day backpacking trip when I am hammock camping, how I pack that gear, and why I pack it the way that I do. I have found that this approach helps me be more efficient when I get to camp and start pulling everything out of my backpack.
