In this Art Bits episode, I’m creating collage papers using my November color palette — and inviting you to hang out in the studio while I play! 🎨

This isn’t a step-by-step tutorial, but more of a relaxed creative session using the gelli plate and acrylic paints to build beautiful, layered papers. I’m not an expert with the gelli plate, but I love using it to make a lot of unique papers quickly — perfect for future mixed media and collage projects.

I’ll be honest — I was feeling a bit stressed today, and creating art like this is my way of opening up, relaxing, and simply enjoying the process. It helps me clear my mind and reconnect with the joy of making. Sometimes, we don’t need a plan… just paint, paper, and a little creative freedom. 💛
