Andover Modelex 2024 Part 2

The remaining layouts that I filmed at the 2024 Andover Model Railway Club's Modelex held on the 31st August. Thanks once more to the organisers and exhibitors for providing an interesting few hours. I particularly appreciated the simple double-sided A4 exhibition guide, which provided sufficient info about the layouts to be included in my videos.

00:22 Maritime Lane Vehicle Maintenance Facility - 00 gauge - Andy Picton. Fictional depot servicing Freightliners' fleet of locos & wagons.
05:55 Chica, Illinois - H0 gauge - Ron Bailes, Weston MRS. Fictional Southern Illinois small town set in the 1950s.
09:34 Penworth - N gauge - Mark Butler. GWR branch line terminus station and goods yard with buildings built to Pendon Museum standards.
12:51 Old Parrock - 00 gauge - Paul Rhodes. Fictitious small halt and coal yard on the northern edge of Ashdown Forest.
18:58 Blackgang - Gauge 3 (2.5 inch) - Mark Pretious. Modelling standard gauge Southern prototypes to the scale of 1:22.5 (13.5mm/ft).
22:10 Waalhaven - H0 gauge - Ian Driver. Depicts a Struckton Rail depot in the Rotterdam Europort.
25:08 Holcombe Brook - 0 gauge - Jeff Geary. The terminus of a short branch of the East Lancashire Railway's Bury to Accrington Line in the early 20th Century.
26:12 New London Road - 00 gauge - Andover MRC. Drive a train, including a certain blue loco!
26:43 Test Track - 0 gauge - Newbury MRC.
28:02 Display of engineering models by the Andover & District Model Engineering Society.
