Dynamic Light ist das innovative Lichtband einer Deutschen Premium-Automarke, das im Fahrzeug für atmosphärisches Licht sorgt, aber auch sicherheitsrelevante Informationen kommuniziert, zB in Verbindung mit dem Totwinkel-Assistenten. Für die Marquardt Gruppe haben wir am Produktionsstandort Ichtershausen eine Montage- und Prüfanlage für dieses Produkt konzipiert.

In der Montageanlage werden zunächst Einzelnutzen aus Leiterplatten vollautomatische getrennt, weiter transportiert und in der nächsten Station mit Jumpern zu langen Bauteilen verbunden.
Mittels Kraft-Weg-Messung wird inline die Haltbarkeit und Leitfähigkeit der Verbindungen geprüft. Leiterplattenverbund und Lichtleiter werden im nächsten Prozessschritt verheiratet. In Endmontage werden die Bauteile dann mit ionisierter Luft gereinigt, um weitgehende Partikelfreiheit herzustellen, um dann Gehäuseober- und unterteil zum fertigen Produkt zu verbinden.
Jedes Handhabungssystem in der Anlage arbeitet mit 10 Greifern, die schnelle Produktwechsel ermöglichen.

Das perfekte Licht ist absolut homogen. Bei gleichmäßiger, einfarbiger Beleuchtung ebenso, wie bei dynamischen Lichteffekten und Farbwechseln. Dafür muss jede einzelne LED exakt das sicherzustellen, haben wir die Prüfanlage komplett selbst entwickelt. 11 KI-gestützte Kameras sehen jede noch so kleine Abweichung. Für 100% perfektes Licht.

Dynamic Light is the innovative light strip of a German premium car brand, which provides atmospheric light in the vehicle, but also communicates safety-relevant information, e.g. in conjunction with the blind spot assistant. We have designed an assembly and testing system for this product for the Marquardt Group at the Ichtershausen production site.

In the assembly system, individual panels are first separated from printed circuit boards fully automatically, transported further and then joined together with jumpers to form long components in the next station.
The durability and conductivity of the connections are tested inline using force-displacement measurement. The PCB composite and optical fiber are married in the next process step. In final assembly, the components are then cleaned with ionized air to ensure that they are largely free of particles before the upper and lower parts of the housing are joined to form the finished product.
Each handling system in the plant works with 10 grippers that enable fast product changes.
