Another Industry First for RigDeluge®, the Concentric Flow Technology™ Adaptor has been developed to allow existing fire water deluge nozzles to benefit from the RigDeluge® Technology.

The adaptor can reduce the risk of any fire water deluge nozzle from blocking via delivery line contaminants by 4000% YES 4000% it's not a typo. Where 10g of debris has been proven to block existing nozzles where performance and flow is reduced to below 60% the adaptor will allow for more than 400g of debris to be present in delivery lines with just over 50% reduction in nozzle performance.

The reduction in performance is equated to the blockage in the delivery line not the nozzle head as shown in this video.

By introducing the adaptor to your existing system you will reduce risk and change the culture where nozzles proven to block are simply cleaned after blocking and replaced into service to block again.

This process has proven to fail in the past with the worst consequence recorded, all Operators can now implement a change of process and procedure where risk can be dramatically reduced by simply introducing a CFT™ Adaptor to every existing nozzle fitting located in their fire fighting systems.
