And so this bubble refused to pop. Chantel Soumis looks back at her younger self. Alone. No friends. A life filled with anxiety and depression. Even with multiple suicide attempts, dying was just not an option. Hitting rock bottom, Multiple Sclerosis took her vision, ability to walk and hear effectively after giving birth. Chronic depression carried on until she discovered her purpose. Being a mom. Neuroscience, diet, quantum physics and energy manipulation changed her world. Her old self disappeared.

We talked about the girl she was from years ago, feeling so sad for her for having zero self-love and filled with self-hate, authentic connection, sexual attacks, shame, sexual advances from higher-up executives in order to win business, law of attraction, rebuilding a life, disruption, energy depletion and spoonies, fascination with magic and being yourself, taking control of your thoughts, self-worth and loving yourself.

As a previous subscriber of online dating sites, it became apparent there was a cultural shift in dating and relationships. Online dating becomes an addiction. A dependency. It lacks vulnerability, depth, and true intimacy. It’s pure digital. Artificial. Superficial. The connection has been lost. To each other and to ourselves. Toxicity continues to rise while self-worth continues to fall.

My goal, my purpose, my responsibility, is to curve the culture back to connection. Connection begins within and continues outward. Love you. Then Love me. In that order. How far are you willing to go to become you?
