Lüderitz Speed Challenge was once again a lifetime of emotions and experiences all condensed in 5 weeks... Adrenaline, exhilaration, fear, excitement, disappointment, frustration, disbelief, joy, tension, contentment, happiness.. There is really nothing quite like this event!

My 6 year Lüderitz Speed Challenge journey has taught me so much. No matter what life throws at you, you can always choose to stay down or to get up and fight again!! The thing that brought me through shattering trauma in 2021 was having faith that life will never put you through something that you won’t be strong enough to survive. Not only did I survive the assault, I carried on to thrive despite it. My African speed record is my testimony and living proof that you can heal and become even stronger than before if you have the support and willpower. I dedicate my African record to all those who suffered any kind of trauma who is in need of a ray of hope. 🕊️

A big thank you to my amazing psychologist Rika Scribante who played such a huge role in my recovery and healing. Thank you to my amazing trainer Aden Leibrandt and Biokineticist ALdo Scribante for getting my body as strong as possible for this huge milestone.
