Salt - as needed⁣⁣
Pepper - to taste⁣⁣
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp⁣⁣
Egg - 1⁣⁣
Water - to make it a thick batter consistency⁣⁣

Oil - for frying ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
In a pan ⁣⁣
Oil - 2 tbsp⁣⁣
Ginger Garlic Chopped - 2 tbsp⁣⁣
Celery chopped - 1 tbsp⁣⁣
Spring onion {white part} - 3 tbsp⁣⁣
Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp⁣⁣
Red/Green chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp⁣⁣
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp⁣⁣
Green Chilly slits - 10 {according to your spice level}⁣⁣
Hot Water - 1 cup⁣⁣
Add in the fried chicken and mix well.⁣⁣
Vinegar - 1 tsp⁣⁣
Sugar - 1 tsp ⁣⁣
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp mixed in half glass water/chicken stock⁣⁣

Turn off the stove. And our chilli chicken is all ready ❤🍗⁣⁣

For crunchiness you can include diced onions and capsicums and garnish with spring onion {green part}⁣⁣
