I show you how to make your very own honeycomb candy like from the hit series 'Squid Game'. Clip from "The Man With The Umbrella" [S01E03].

Ingredients:
2 tbsp white granulated sugar
A pinch of baking soda

Instructions:
Place sugar in a small pot over medium heat. Stir sugar frequently until granules completely dissolve and sugar becomes a syrup. Remove pot from heat. Add baking soda and stir with silicone spatula (ideally, but a spoon works fine too) until well combined. Pour liquid candy into a greased glass baking dish. Wait until the candy is mostly set (I waited about 2 1/2 minutes) before using any cookie cutters on the surface. Using a turner spatula, release candy from the baking dish.

Makes 1 piece of candy
