I talk about how to be careful and why it's so important to take your time because this can cause workplace dating problems and this is where people get in trouble. I share common things about company dating policy. If you are someone who is in management or a superior then it's important you become very careful so you don't lose your job. I do believe falling in love with a coworker isn't always a bad idea. It's so common that people find workplace love because you spend so much time together.

What a lot of people don't talk about is to get clear on what your intentions are before going out on a date because you don't want office drama and getting HR involved. There has to be a balance between the office romance, love, and work. Falling in love in the workplace can be tricky because of the fact that it can start to interfere with work. You get more emotional and it impacts the relationship. One thing I want to be very clear about is you have to PACE yourself! This is big especially with everything that is going on in today's world.
