As an accessory to hood type dishwashing machines there is a condensing unit which is attached on the top edge of the machine. Using the accessory gives a significantly improved working environment and room climate at the same time saving energy. The ventilation flow needed for the room is reduced with up to 50%.

The condensing unit can save 9% energy or 0,03 kWh/basket.
After the machine ends the washing process, the steam created during the final rinse condensates using a condensor battery. The incoming cold water is pre-heated in the condensing unit. At he same time cool air is streaming into the dishwashing room giving a better room climate.If combined with a heat exchanger 41% energy or 0,13 kWh/basket is saved.
