How to play GTA 4 ONLINE in 2024

Hello everyone, I wanted to make a tutorial on how you can play the multiplayer version of Grand Theft Auto 4 in the year 2024, as multiplayer was sadly removed in the complete edition of GTA 4.
This is a very simple tutorial and doesn't require a lot of time so you can get to playing with friends as soon as possible :)
