Best way to patch a hole in asphalt driveway - Aquaphalt

Описание к видео Best way to patch a hole in asphalt driveway - Aquaphalt

I recently had a big area of my new asphalt driveway get dissolved by a large gasoline leak. After cutting out the area contaminated by gasoline, I was left with a large hole that needed patching. In this video I show how to use Aquaphalt to patch an asphalt driveway hole, whether it's caused by a gasoline leak or something else.

Aquaphalt is a water-activated asphalt patch material that cures very fast, much better than "cold patch". The number (Aquaphalt 4.0, 6.0, etc) refers to the size of the gravel grains in the material (4.0 is smaller for small patches, 6.0 is medium for larger patches).

It's important that you cut out the area you are patching so that there are vertical walls on all 4 sides of the hole. This will allow your patch material to get well compacted and last the longest.
