In this video I renovate a house listed on Zillow in the Sims 3. This is a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1,568 square feet (145.7 square meters), single-story manufactured home on a large property located on the northern coast of California which sold for $500,000 in 2022. The home is renovated for the Baker Family from the TS3 family bin.
