Fresh basil storing techniques that will store up to 1 year!

On our farm we try to avoid the supermarket as much as we can so we are always looking for ways to preserve our harvests and enjoy them all year around. Basil is quite a difficult herb that does not store extremely well. These are out 6 preferred ways to preserve this wonderful and fragrant herb.
