Game Walkthrough of Obscure without commentary, without taking any damage and without saving on Normal Difficulty, this run was done in cooperative mode with my friend HeyBlasty (all his socials are down below).

New Game: Fresh new game.
Difficulty: Normal.
No Damage: There will be no damage received.
No Save: The game wont be saved at any point (Single Segment).
Co-op: The run was done in cooperative mode with @HeyBlasty.
Glitchless: No Glitches will be used on the run.
Version: PC.

Note: There are some instances of scripted/forced damage that cannot be avoided and it will be described here:
The death of the bald guy at the beginning of the game.
Kenny appears damaged when you rescue him, no matter if you avoid all the damage in the intro or not.
Final boss central darkness damage cannot be avoided by any means and you are forced to pass through it.
