Larry: Some people try to make money by buying Baltic Avenue and say, well, I'll have a very low cost basis by buying the land cheap, that I'm gonna be able to make a bigger profit. But we've actually found out the reverse is true. By buying the absolute best land in the best location, you can make the biggest margin.
