Hawke's Power, but they remembered the Alarm and the "Bwoowm" Sound

Once again, It's the little things that really matter.

Like I've said on with the non-power variant, I think the POWER variant - like the original - sounds fine. I just think it's also missing instruments and sound effects.

other audio sounds I added include:

*The Rain "Clang" sound effect in the beginning
*Guitar licks that get drowned out in the original's mid-point
*Slap Bass, though I fear it gets slightly out of sync at points
*repeats of the "Alarm" sound to give more eerie strength
*the metallic "Slam" that occurs during a Super Power in the GBA/DS games
*the "Bwoowm" and the strings play for the main theme

(a small note: when I got to looping the track (around 1:02), I think it got a little desynced, but I tried doing what I could to keep all the tracks in the proper syncing. It's still fine, but trained ears will probably understand what I'm talking about)
