Yesterday I made some skating progress that I’m extremely excited about.
I truly got over my fear of doing waltz jumps from more than practically a stand-still! I’m so excited about this!

…and I also did them in both lefty and righty directions! 😎 I actually only tried that after noticing that I was very nervous even at the boards practicing the jump until I tried going back and forth both ways. It took my mind off of things? I don’t know, but it helped. I’m still kind of amazed that I did my “wrong” direction one after another though. 😱

I know the jump needs correction and work, but I’m still very happy.
