FZ6 Exhaust Drilled Before & After

The stock exhaust on the FZ6 is too quiet. You can hear the engine mechanics over the idle exhaust... so I decided to drill part of the baffle.

The FZ6's exhaust has 3 different chambers that the exhaust gasses channel around. Drilling into the exhaust gives a shortcut for the exhaust gasses to make a quick exit... effectively making it louder.

HOW TO
I used a masonry 10x300mm drill bit to make a little hole in each exhaust.
Then I used a 22x300mm drill bit to make the rest of the hole.
ADVICE
Trying to drill steel with a 22mm masonry piece is hard work and I actually burnt out a drill doing it. This is why it is advised to use a smaller drill bit to make a hole. Unless you have a proper metal drill bit of course.
