All go one day down at Purcell Farms with feeding, bedding and new life...

We catch up with the feeding with the JCB xxx loading the Keenan diet feeder with the John Deere 6125r on it. With feeding Purcell Farms feed a lot of straights which are added then silage straw and whole crop is added to the mix.

The silo currently being loaded from has last years second but grass which will be fed through the rest of the winter to clear out the silo

After feeding its time to bed down the beef heifers with the straw cut and baled through the summer, and I was glad to see a new heifer calved about 1 hour before I landed
