a productive evening routine is literally my favourite video to make! in this productive winter evening routine after work 9-5 we workout, do a healthy (ish) grocery haul, make dinner, enjoy a full shower routine and wind down before bed. A productive evening routine after work sets me up so well for the next day, i rely on this after 9-5 evening routine so much. At this time of year, i find it especially important to have a winter evening routine, to have time set aside for myself when external pressures are ramping up.
