Toxapex is typically known to run a very annoying moveset made to stall you out, and recover its health with the Regenerator ability. However, Toxapex actually has a signature ability in Merciless that goes under the radar by competitive players. With this, we can always land critical hits if the opponent is poisoned. It definitely isn't optimal, but I find it fun to mess around with these types of sets. Hope you enjoy.
