The legitimacy of The Zikir out loud مشروعيَّةِ الجَهرِ بالذِّكرِ

اختلَفَ العلماءُ في مشروعيَّةِ الجَهرِ بالذِّكرِ عقِبَ الصَّلواتِ إلى قولينِ:
القولُ الأوَّلُ: يُستحَبُّ الجَهرُ بالذِّكرِ عقِبَ الصَّلاةِ، وهو قولُ بعضِ الحنفيَّةِ، وقولُ بعضِ متأخِّري الحنابلةِ، واختارَه ابنُ حزمٍ، وابنُ تيميَّةَ


((وَٱصۡبِرۡ نَفۡسَكَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ رَبَّہُم بِٱلۡغَدَوٰةِ وَٱلۡعَشِىِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجۡهَهُ ۥ‌ۖ وَلَا تَعۡدُ عَيۡنَاكَ عَنۡہُمۡ تُرِيدُ زِينَةَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا‌ۖ وَلَا تُطِعۡ مَنۡ أَغۡفَلۡنَا قَلۡبَهُ ۥ عَن ذِكۡرِنَا وَٱتَّبَعَ هَوَٮٰهُ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُهُ ۥ فُرُطً۬ا)) الكهف ٢٨.

And keep yourself (O Muhammad) patiently with those who call on their Lord morning and afternoon, seeking His Face; and let not your eyes overlook them, desiring the pomp and glitter of the life of the world; and obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance, and who follows his own lusts, and whose affair has been lost.
وكقوله عز وجل: ﴿وَالذَّاكِرِينَ اللهَ كَثِيرًا وَالذَّاكِرَاتِ أَعَدَّ اللهُ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا﴾ [الأحزاب: 35]، وكقوله تعالى: ﴿يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا ۝ وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا﴾ [الأحزاب: 41-42]، إلى غير ذلك من الآيات الكريمة في إشارة إلى مشروعية الاجتماع على ذكر الله تعالى ودعائه.

and the men and the women who remember Allah much with their hearts and tongues, Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward.
(41. O you who believe! Remember Allah with much remembrance.) (42. And glorify His praises morning and Asila.) (43. He it is Who sends Salah on you, and His angels too, that He may bring you out from darkness into light. And He is Ever Most Merciful to the believers.) (44. Their greeting on the Day they shall meet Him will be "Salam (Peace!)'' And He has prepared for them a generous reward.)

The Virtue of remembering Allah much:
Allah commands His believing servants to remember their Lord much, Who has bestowed upon them all kinds of blessings and favors, because this will bring them a great reward and a wonderful destiny. Imam Ahmad recorded that `Abdullah bin Busr said: "Two bedouins came to the Messenger of Allah and one of them said: `O Messenger of Allah, which of the people is best' He said:
(مَنْ طَالَ عُمْرُهُ وَحَسُنَ عَمَلُه)

(The one whose life is long and whose deeds are good.) The other one said: `O Messenger of Allah, the laws of Islam are too much for us. Teach me something that I can adhere to.' He said,

(لايَزَالُ لِسَانُكَ رَطْبًا بِذِكْرِ اللهِ تَعَالَى)

(Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah, may He be exalted.)
Abdullah bin `Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, said that the Messenger of Allah said,

(مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ جَلَسُوا مَجْلِسًا لَمْ يَذْكُرُوا اللهَ تَعَالَى فِيهِ إِلَّا رَأَوْهُ حَسْرَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَة)

(No people sit together without mentioning Allah, but they will see that as regret on the Day of Resurrection.) The Prophet said:

(يَقُولُ اللهُ تَعَالَى: مَنْ ذَكَرَنِي فِي نَفْسِهِ ذَكَرْتُهُ فِي نَفْسِي وَمَنْ ذَكَرَنِي فِي مَلَإٍ ذَكَرْتُهُ فِي مَلَإٍ خَيْرٍ مِنْه)

(Allah says: "Whoever remembers Me to himself, I will remember him to Myself, and whoever remembers Me in a gathering, I will remember him in a better gathering.'')

وبذلك تواترت الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة؛ فعن أبي هريرة وأبي سعيد رضي الله عنهما أنهما شهدا على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم أنه قال: «لا يَقْعُدُ قَوْمٌ يَذْكُرُونَ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلا حَفَّتْهُمُ الْمَلائِكَةُ وَغَشِيَتْهُمُ الرَّحْمَةُ وَنَزَلَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّكِينَةُ وَذَكَرَهُمُ الله فِيمَنْ عِنْدَهُ» رواه مسلم واللفظ له والترمذي وابن ماجه.

"No people sit in a gathering remembering Allah, But the angels surround them, mercy covers them, tranquility descends upon them and Allah remembers them before those who are with Him."

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ أَنَا مَعَ عَبْدِي إِذَا هُوَ ذَكَرَنِي وَتَحَرَّكَتْ بِي شَفَتَاهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

"Allah says: 'I am with My slave when he remembers Me and his lips move saying My Name.'"

حِلَقُ الذِّكرِ ومَجالِسُ العلمِ فيها حياةٌ للقلوبِ وطهارةٌ للنُّفوسِ وسبيلٌ للسَّعادةِ في الدَّارَين؛ لأنَّها تُعرِّفُ باللهِ وتُقرِّبُ منه، وفيها تعليمُ صحيحِ الدِّين.

Assemblies of knowledge and dhikr circles bring life to the hearts, purity to the souls, and a path to happiness in both worlds. Because it introduces people to God and brings them closer to Him, and it teaches true religion.

عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا مَرَرْتُمْ بِرِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ فَارْتَعُوا» قَالُوا: وَمَا رِيَاضُ الْجِنّ؟ قَالَ: «حلق الذّكر» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ

Anas reported God’s messenger as saying, “When you come upon the pastures of paradise feed on them.” On being asked what the pastures of paradise were he replied that they were circles where God is remembered
