In this video, we walk through how to consolidate the income statement and contribution margins, forecast the payroll and other opex expenses and finally look at our operating income and net income. After that, we build an inventory forecast linked to our sales plan to calculate how much cash we will need to continue to have enough inventory to support our growth. Finally, we build a cash flow statement and cash forecast to manage our runway. It was a blast.
