A documentary showing a glimpse into JC Colmenero's "Breaking Fundamentals Program" at The Drop Dance Studio and how the dancers take on the challenges of learning how to break.

The main goal is to allow dancers of different backgrounds and ages to learn the basics of breaking and how they can gather the skills to be able to creatively express themselves through this Hip Hop dance form while sharing our philosophy that ANYONE can learn how to break.
