A massive fire broke out in the coastal Saganoseki district of Oita City, Kyushu Island, Japan, and quickly spread through residential areas. According to city officials, the fire has completely or partially destroyed over 170 buildings, including homes and small shops. Fire officials say the fire has even engulfed a nearby forest, with no end in sight.
