A TV crew filmed rehearsals with Ngaire and her all-star band that included legendary Commodores bassist Ron La Praed, 3 ex-Ardijah members and South American saxman extraordinaire Walter Bianco. For a few extraordinary months in 1990/91, fans and media alike couldn't get enough of NZ's sweet-soul princess Ngaire, with packed club appearances in major cities including Sydney, Auckland and Wellington.
