We are thrilled we finally got to visit Santiago de Querétaro after hearing so many good things about this city. But we clearly didn't do enough research, because for some reason we missed how magical Queretaro's Centro neighborhood was (go ahead and drag us in the comments - we deserve it!). We've had such a blast exploring this charming downtown (that seems to go on for miles in each direction), tasting all the amazing vegan food and seeing the entire city celebrate Dra de Muertos.
