Anyone interested in doing Tara upasana can start with 9 recitations of Tara Astottara nama and then 3 or 5 malas of this above mantra. One can keep a photo of Ma Tara of Tarapith, offer a dhoop and diya and start off doing this daily till end of this year. The offerings to be made to Ma Tara are in process, then mantra sadhana of Ma Tara will be done on them and finally offered to Her with the sankalpa of Dharma Raksha.
