Method 1: Easy and Fast!
Open File Explorer and navigate to the folder you want to work in.

A context menu will appear. Select "Open Command Prompt window here".
Now that you're in Command Prompt, the current directory will be the same as the folder you were working in. This means you can start using commands right away without having to use the "cd" command to change directories!
