Warm Up - Light side laterals, light DB presses. Move blood, feel the pump coming!

1. DB Side Laterals 5 x 10
Last Set Drop Set - Run the Rack Down. Start with Heavier weight, work your way down the rack dropping my increments of 5 or 10lbs. Should be a 5 Set drop set. Burn OUT!!! Push Yourself Outside of your Comfort Zone!

2. Machine Shoulder Presses - 4 x 12,10,8,8/16 (last set Seth Set - half the weight double the reps - refer to seth Set video if unsure )

3. Bent over DB Rear Delt Raises - 4 x 10

4. Standing DB Front Raises - 5 x 10

5. Barbell Up-Right Rows - 4 x 12,10,10,10


This workout has a very intense beginning. And then moves into straight sets. But don’t shun away from using some heavier weights, taking a 90-120 second break and going ape shit on each set. Make each set worth it!
