Ingredients
Curd1 cup
Grated coconut 3 Tbsp
Mix and keep aside
Now add oil to pan
Mustard
Urad dal
Curry leaves
Chopped garlic, ginger
Green chilli
Chopped lady’s finger 1 cup
Turmeric powder
Salt
Sauté and cook for few minutes
Don’t over cook
Then add curd mixture
Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves
Mix well serve to hot rice
