Putin Says Will Keep Testing New Weapons, Orders Mass Production Of Hypersonic Missiles

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered mass production of hypersonic missiles on November 22, amidst the country's war with Ukraine. He also promised more combat test firings of the new experimental missile launched at Ukraine on November 21. He, earlier, warned Western nations, saying that the countries allowing Ukraine to attack inside Russia could possibly be targeted next. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that his country has asked its Western partners for updated air defence systems. NATO will hold a meeting with Ukrainian officials on November 26 to discuss the next steps following the Russian attack. Amidst the raging Ukraine-Russia war, US Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin said about 10,000 North Korean soldiers are believed to be based in the Kursk border region and will soon be “integrated into Russian formations.”
