Ingredients List: 🥕🌶️ सामग्री
For Chokha:
eggplant - 250 gm
tomato - 250 gm
green chilli - 3 to 4
garlic cloves - 4 to 5
chopped onions - 2 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
salt to taste - 1 TSP
any pickle masala - 1 TSP
pickle oil or mustard oil - 1 TSP

For Sattu stuffing:
roasted gram flour/chane ka sattu - 1.5 cup / 150 gm
chopped onions - 1/4 cup
chopped green - 2 tbsp
chopped garlic - 2 tbsp
chopped ginger - 2 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
salt to taste - 1 TSP
nigella seeds - 1/4 TSP
carom seeds - 1/4 TSP
any pickle masala - 2 TSP
mustard oil - 1tbsp
crushed black pepper - 1 TSP
lemon juice - 2 tbsp
water - 4 to 5 tbsp

For Litti Dough:
wheat flour - 3 cup / 350 gm
ghee - 2 tbsp
nigella seeds - 1/2 TSP
carom seeds - 1/2 TSP
salt - 1/2 TSP
water as required
oil for deep frying
