久違的在家手沖咖啡,對於不大新鮮的豆子,我的做法是增加一點豆量(比平常多4克),把萃取重點落在前中段的酸甜感。使用1:12的比例完成萃取後,可以再兑水調整濃度。

It’s been a long time since I brewed coffee at home. For beans that are not very fresh, my approach is to increase the amount of beans (4 grams more than usual) and focus on the acidity and sweetness in the front and middle portions of the extraction. After completing the extraction using a ratio of 1:12, you can add water to adjust the concentration.
