Runyege - Ntogoro is a name of the Banyoro - Batooro People of Western Uganda.
Runyege comes from the word "ebinyege" which literally means Rattles and Ntogoro is the ring girls tie around their waists as they dance bouncing it up and down to show off their dancing prowess.

It is a courtship dance. if you were a poor dancer, you would probably die a bachelor.
The boys dance energetically and skilfully to entice and win the battle against other boys.
