The Theme Park History of Popeye and Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges (Universal's Islands of Adventure)

Popeye and Bluto’s Bilge Rat Barges is a river rafting water ride that opened at Universal’s Islands of Adventure on May 28th, 1999. The attraction sends guests on an adventure through whitewater rapids as they follow Popeye in his quest to save Olive Oyl from his nemesis Bluto.
