In Conversation with Brigitte Lardinois and Tom Reeves (HAP24)

History and Archives in Practice: In Conversation series on lunchtime talks July 2025

Brigitte Lardinois is Reader in the Understanding of Public Photography at the London College of Communication at the University of the Arts in London, specialising in the preservation of photographic archives and curation as her specialist areas. Tom Reeves is a photographer and co-partner of Edward Reeves Photography, which was opened by his great-grandfather, Edward Reeves. For the past 10 years, together they've worked on the Edward Reeves Photography Archive project.

On Friday 19 July, Brigitte and Tom joins chair, Giorgia Tolfo, Collections Researcher, The National Archives, to reflect on the project, the aim of which remains to engage people with history in an accessible and meaningful way.
