ThyssenKrupp Signa4 Hydraulic Elevators @ Homewood Suites by Hilton West, Madison, WI

(Filmed on 11/30/19). After checking out of the Tru by Hilton, which was the hotel we stayed in over Thanksgiving break, I decided to head over to the Homewood Suites right across from it. This hotel has a very interesting layout to where instead of having the two elevators adjacent to each other, they are placed on opposite sides of the hotel. Also, since this hotel is built on a hill, the lobby happens to be on the 2nd floor. Both of the elevators are ThyssenKrupp with mostly Signa4 fixtures.

They also, for some reason, happen to have the same carpet design as the elevators over at the Tru by Hilton. Elevator #2 serves levels *2-5 and seems to have a mix of Aurora & Signa4 fixtures. It also seems to have a fake LED floor indicator since the numbers travel across the indicator. Elevator #1, on the other hand, serves floors 1-5 giving guests access to the 1st floor rooms. Not sure why Elevator #2 doesn't serve the 1st floor as well, but I guess the 1st floor occupies only certain parts of the building.

Unlike Elevator #2, it has some vandal-resistant call buttons (I believe these might be VR Signa4), the floor buttons buzz when you press them (only if a button has not been pressed), and seems to make a lot of banging & rattling when moving. Also, since ThyssenKrupp Signa4 indicators can only occupy up to four sectors, the numbers on this elevator change in one spot. Both of these elevators have some unique & interesting character to them.
