What is going on here?

I have a large collection of retro PC hardware and games. I've decided to play each of the games for at least 1 hour to see how they are.

Transport Tycoon Deluxe

If you've ever played OpenTTD, this is the "TTD" part of it. Released in 1994, it's, in my opinion, one of the best logistics games ever made. I really enjoy it; however, even after all these years, I still have no idea how to use the train signals. This is why you see me struggling to get things working.

Also, I'm really sorry about the video quality. Multiple things went wrong. I wanted to make the image a bit sharper using OBS filters, but it turns out I overdid it. Additionally, I accidentally recorded the video in H265, and my editing software unfortunately doesn't know how to handle it. So, I had to convert it back to H264 and then edit it, but the video quality ended up being really bad. I'll try to fix everything in the next episode.

Enjoy!

Capture:
VGA output goes into a VGA Splitter. One cable connects to my monitor, and the other goes into the Gefen VGA to DVI Scaler. From there, a DVI to HDMI converter takes the signal into the Elgato GameCapture 4K60. As for sound, it's a bit simpler: a 3.5mm splitter; one side connects to my headphones, and the other goes to my capture PC'sFocusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen. Everything comes together in OBS.

Transport Tycoon Deluxe

9/10 - Awesome!

Train signals are confusing but it's on me after that many years I still can't make it work properly. I could have played the game rest of the night, probably until the morning. It's really easy to get lost in laying tracks, building roads etc. I love it.
