Susan Ireland (School of Medical Sciences, in collaboration with the School of Chemistry) gives her winning presentation "Healthy or Happy? Finding the best of both with alternative sweeteners" for the 2015 UNSW Three Minute Thesis Competition.

With just three minutes to give a compelling presentation on their thesis topic and its significance, the 3MT competition requires PhD and Research Masters candidates to consolidate their ideas and crystallise their research discoveries.
