Waikawau Tunnel Beach - New Zealand

WaikawauTunnel Beach is located at the end of the winding and dangerous Waikawau Road and provides an access corridor to a remote black sand beach. The tunnel was made in 1911 by three men with only picks and shovels. This isolated corner of New Zealand between Marokopa and Awakino is a great place to explore.
